My stay at the hotel was lovely overall. The rooms, while a bit dated especially the restroom, were cozy, and the fireplace added a nice touch to the room. The hotel is a bit old and could use some renovation, but it was still a comfortable stay. The service was efficient and helpful, especially in finding a room that could accommodate my pet. The location was within walking distance to most attractions in Waterton, making it convenient for exploring the area. The dining experience, however, left a bit to be desired with early closing times and poor internet connection. The facilities were satisfactory, but there is room for improvement.
The hotel has a fantastic location close to the lake, restaurants, waterfall, and play area for kids. While the rooms may seem outdated and dark, with limited air conditioning, the service was hospitable and friendly. The weak wifi signal in rooms was a drawback, but the overall value for money was good.
The hotel rooms were very nice overall, but the lingering smell of smoke made the stay somewhat uncomfortable throughout the day. The closure of certain amenities until May due to equipment upgrades was a downside. On the bright side, the service was a mix; though they were friendly and helpful, some oversights like leaving garbage bags in the hallway affected the experience. The location was convenient for exploring downtown, despite some slow check-out processes and ongoing road construction nearby. Dining options were satisfactory but could use improvement in terms of timing given the hiking activities in the area.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, centrally located in town near restaurants, lake paths, and hiking trails. The room I stayed in was spacious, with a cozy fireplace and a relaxing jacuzzi tub. The service was exceptional, and the ski equipment hire was convenient. The location, while slightly affected by construction, offered easy access to natural attractions and dining spots. The dining options were adequate despite a limited selection. Overall, a great value for money stay with some minor drawbacks.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were fantastic with a nice fireplace, huge spa-style bathroom, and an extremely comfortable king-size bed. The layout of the cabins on two floors was exactly what I booked, but it would have been even better if there was a kettle available. If you have difficulty walking, make sure to book a lower room.
